To position the Chamber as the lead agency that provides business solutions for
its members.

- Develop and promote a strategy to utilize local member business facilities
and services.
- Host (4) workshops for members on topics such as marketing, human resources,
business planning and safety.
- Partner with Winchester Clark County Industrial Authority to reinstate the
industrial training consortium.
- Establish (4) local human resource roundtable meetings.
- Partner with Small Business Development Center to host an entrepreneurship
seminar.
- Partner with state employment office to provide resources directory for
unemployed.
- Provide an outlet for member businesses to communicate with each other and
the Chamber regarding common issues, i.e. social media elements.
