BCTC Scholarships Available

The Winchester Chamber of Commerce is happy to offer a scholarship to BCTC students through our community partners.

Applicant Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must live and work in Clark County and be enrolled as a BCTC student.
2. Scholarships are for $350.00 and $500.00, which will be made payable to Bluegrass Community & Technical College.
3. Scholarship monies must be applied to tuition and book fees for courses offered at the BCTC Winchester-Clark County Campus only.
4. Applications must be returned by Friday, August 16th, 2019 to the Winchester-Clark County Chamber of Commerce.
